28/02/2012 | After more than 15 years not flying hang gliders, i got on a Gipsy after a few flights on another glider, (a club man). I found the Gipsy so easy to rig and fly great single surface machine, only thing I found hard was lifting her off the ground to put nose pin in, she was rather heavy and even wind under her dose not helps much. I later found, forcing her up (not me) had kinked the keel right in front of the king post. This glider is so easy to self launch without a wire man even in strong winds you would not believe it. Great glider, I am still flying her on sand dunes.
