Glider can be extra-short packed to 1.95 m! takes 10 minutes extra

I bought the latest version of Perfex in december 2004. Now the hardware it is really really good adopting the same parts of the top models. The glider has a perfect neutral balance on Your shoulder . So its easy to find the righ angles for the launch. In air its a very maniable wing but not oversensitive. What I like the much is the final flare: due the positions of the uprights You have a great authority and You can stop the glider easily. For me, a perfect single surface for who prefer a simple and mindless glider with good performance

Le montage est trés rapide,aile légère que l'on peut porter sur le dos ou mettre sur un télésiège par exemple.Trés maniable en vol, un peu de mal à la tenir au déco quand il y a du vent...
Posé trop facile !

(+) excellent manufacturing quality, lightweight, very low stall-speed, easy handling, quite fast setup also from ultra-short packing.
(-) gliding ratio less than a modern (2011) paraglider but very good climbing characteristics in thermics; Finsterwalder Charly should invest a few hours to write a modern manual.

owning one since 8 years, it saved my hanggliding life as without it I would have stopped flying, gave me back conficence and gave me many hours or FUN in the air. It is not for distance flying but if you want to have FUN. if you are experienced buy a Funfex. plus: cool shortpack 2,1m, extremely agile (!), super easy to start and land, lifts off easily, minus: (sorry) but in counterwind - wind from front - incredible bad glide ratio, every para will outperform you.
I bought a new one with 15 years of flying experience and too few flights for topless (which i got)- stepped back and perfex gave me back the confidence and fun in flying. Would however recommend the Funfex instead now.
