Deltaplane : Conex 001
Français	La conex est une aile crée par un pilote savoyard du nom de MERCORELLI dans les années 70, cette aile volait trés bien mais le pilote n'arrivait pas a la faire tourner donc aux oubliettes. English	That was me off the 600' hill at Ed Levin Park in the bay area CA (1993 ish). I attained that glider from mission soaring and the first time they set it up for me they stood it on the nose and let it drop open like that, I never could get myself to do it. I'm glad I learned on that wing (and a dream). Those flat ribs gave me the best launch skills I could ask for. They were flat (plastic) that would form an airfoil after you got wind moving accross it so you HAD to run hard and land fast for that matter as it would just drop (if you let it) so you had to keep your speed up and come in fast. I have more pictures of it (a bigger copy of the one on this page) and a few small movie clips if anyone wants them. I sold it to someone up in washington state.

English	Dick Boone designed this and many other inovative gliders. He should be credited for much of the design work that came out of Bill Bennetts company Delta Wing. Dick was an early inovator in the sport, and many of his ideas are credited to other companies. He does not get the credit he deserves for helping this sport progress in the early years.
