This one is really suprising!! I own a Sting 2 XC as well, but the Sting 3 is even easier in handling. Take off and landings are easy to do and thermalling quality is very impressive. No need to buy a performance glider for getting up into the air. With the VG range it's easy to go for a big XC task.
Try to testfly one and you will be convinced. Another nice detail is the set up time, according to some other gliders.
The Sting 3 is a realy good choice for recreational pilots with XC ambitions.
